Together with Anthony Thistleton, Andrew Waugh founded Waugh Thistleton Architects in 1997. Waugh Thistleton Architects is a Shoreditch based practice producing thoughtful and sustainable projects in its own neighborhood and beyond. In 2003 they built their first CLT building, and since then have established an expertise in timber design and construction. In their practice, they have covered several scales through a long list of projects, such as:  Dalston Works (the world’s largest CLT building), Sugar House Island, Curtain Place, Watts Grove And Murray Grove (the first tall urban housing project to be constructed entirely from pre-fabricated solid timber).
